What does the service-area waitlist do?
It records your address and contact details for staff review. It does not create an order, reserve a pickup, or promise that service will expand. Staff can invite you to finish a verified booking when an approved window is available.
How is the final price calculated?
Laundry is weighed after pickup and charged at $1.50 per pound, with a $35 minimum. Orders under approximately 23 pounds are charged the minimum.
When will my laundry return?
After you choose a pickup time, we show the exact expected return before asking you to book.
Can I request fragrance-free detergent?
Yes. Choose “Free & clear” under Laundry preferences and add any sensitivities in Special instructions.
