Data used to provide service
The system is designed to use contact details, service address, pickup-time and bag records, preferences, consents, order events, and attribution needed to fulfill and support an order. Recoverable sensitive fields are encrypted; exact-match lookups use keyed hashes. The current in-person payment flow does not collect card information online.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the API and operational database. Twilio handles verification and operational texts when enabled. Resend handles transactional email when enabled.
When configured, Google Places Autocomplete receives the street-address text needed to show address suggestions, and Google Address Validation receives the selected pickup address to validate and geocode it. Snappy applies its own service-area boundary to determine eligibility. Exact Google coordinates and Google-standardized address content are not retained; only an allowed place identifier and Snappy’s eligibility decision may be stored.
Use of address validation is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Marketing email and SMS choices are separate and optional. Transactional messages are used to perform requested service. Contact Snappy Coin Laundry using the approved support details once published to request access, correction, or deletion subject to operational and legal retention needs.
