Pickup & delivery service terms
How the service works
The booking flow reserves the selected pickup and delivery windows after address and phone checks. Laundry is weighed after pickup and charged at $1.50 per pound with a $15 minimum.
Square securely stores the payment method during booking. No charge is made when the order is booked. After pickup and weighing, staff reviews the server-calculated total and explicitly charges the saved card. Pickup and delivery times remain subject to the schedule confirmed for the order.
Address suggestions and eligibility may use Google Places Autocomplete and Google Address Validation. Use of these services is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Optional tips
Tips are optional and are offered on your private order page when your order is out for delivery or delivered. No tip amount is selected automatically. You review and confirm the amount before it is charged separately to the card used for your order. Paid tips cannot be edited in the order page. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and access information, follow the approved bag and handoff policy, disclose relevant sensitivities, and protect private status links. Do not place prohibited items or payment data in bags or instructions.
